Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Please open your product upon receipt and inspect for damage. Please email us immediately if your item(s) is damaged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If any stained glass art, ceramic piece or wood sign is damaged and needs to be replaced, The Calico Muse will replace the art work that was ordered after it is received and inspected here. Replacements are shipped within 5 days of arrival, or we will issue the appropriate credit equal to the value of the purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or engraved improperly. If you need to make a claim, please send us an email at thecalicomuse@gmail.com.

Some Variations are Normal

The Calico Muse stained glass and ceramic pieces are hand-made, artistic products; variations in color, shade, tone, and size are normal. In many cases, there will be folds, wrinkles, and bubbles in the glass. These characteristics are inherent to the glass manufacturing process and should be expected. Upon delivery open and inspect each piece for damage.

Please be aware – due to the handmade nature of The Calico Muse products, subsequent orders may not exactly match previously placed orders. Shade, color and/or size variation is a possibility with all Calico Muse glass, ceramic and wood products.

All sales on The Calico Muse personalized or customized products are final as these pieces are made for you, according to your instructions, artwork or art approval.

All sales on The Calico Muse imperfect and clearance items are also final and no refunds or credits will be issued.

Inspection upon Receipt or Shipped Items

It is your responsibility as the Buyer or Buyer’s Recipient to accept delivery and verify the accuracy of the shipment. As our Customer, you are responsible for inspecting deliveries within 5 business days of delivery for damages, shortages, finish and color. All claims for damage and/or shortage must be reported within 5 business days of the delivery.
